Hargadon Bros in Sligo

If you're in Sligo, you shouldn't miss stopping by for at least a pint, two, or more. It's THE oldest pub in Sligo still in existence. On top of all that, the food here is excellent. In 2017, the pub even received a Michelin star. 😉

Quaint restaurant with a very good selection... Good value for money. Ample portions. However, you have to add some seasoning.

Wow! We visited Sligo for a friends wedding, the Airbnb host recommended this place. We were not disappointed. Really warm atmosphere, top notch Guinness and Irish coffee, and the food was sublime. I got the grilled Irish steak sandwich (a whole steak on ciabatta with wild shrooms onions etc) and the wife had Korean wings. Would 100% recommend

'Just a quick visit this time, 5pm, no reservation made beforehand. We had their renowned Seafood Chowder with their treacle bread....it hit the spot perfectly as always......🤗

Warm and welcoming staff even though it was a busy Thursday in December. Lots of lovely food options and the staff were happy to made amendments to dishes. Plenty of options for coeliacs including beautiful chowder, the goats cheese salad was epic also. Really lovely atmosphere that you could sit in all day.

Excellent service here, staff were really nice and helpful. A little on the pricey side but the food was excellent 👌
