Food was excellent, fresh fish and crispy fries right down to the last bite! I'd recommend for sure!!

It was one of the most delicious fish and chips I ever had. We were sitting on the water with a nice view and the staff was very supportive as we haven't been here before and I wasn't sure what to pick. We shared a big portion for lunch, which was just the right amount to go on another hike afterwards.

Wow! What a fish and chips, yes it is World famous.. now I understand! It is remote with a charming small town of Killarney but WORTH THE DRIVE! Support your local business, Herbert serves fresh fish locally Super tasty and flaky Pickerel and Trout.. highly recommend

This was not my first time at Herbert’s Fisheries. I routinely go well out of my way to pay them a visit any opportunity I get. Fiona and the rest of the team that work there are incredible! You can rely on fabulous company whenever you show up:-) We ordered fish and chips, deep fried pickles, and coleslaw. Their portions are generous and their food was (as expected) out of this world! It was ready quickly too. The bathrooms are always tidy and well stocked. There is no shortage of parking in their lot. How much better does it get than enjoying fresh fish and chips on the dock overlooking the water and the marina???

The people here are absolutely fantastic and the food is amazing!! Being celiac I can have the fries and fish here too which is so cool! I haven’t tried the fish (because I don’t like fish lol) but the fries are amazing!

Advertised as the world's best.. honestly thought? Just ok. Yes, freshly caught fish, different each day. Also yes, small pieces, with the batter double the size of the fish. That part was kind of disappointing, I was looking forward to really enjoying the fish. Fries are also just ok - nothing to write home about. Pay by cash or etransfer. Pricey. Eat inside or there are picnic tables outside by the pier, much nicer in good weather.

We had two orders of fish and chips. The service was great. The fish was bland compared to other pickerel fish and chips restaurants on Georgian bay. The location is on the water but kinda shabby. Overall, we came for the food which was a little disappointing.
