High Cafe in Galway

Best food I have had in years. I cannot praise this place enough, it was simply amazing, everything is so fresh, so tasty & bursting with flavour. We had an array of dishes between us, Tagines, Paella, Kofta etc. and it was all fabulous. Service was also excellent, we did not have to wait too long for the food, staff were very friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere. Portions are good size too, good value I thought for the quality and amount of food served. 10/0 highly recommended

Had a fabulous evening celebrating my birthday last night.The food was absolutely delicious and piping hot.When i asked for chicken pasta but without the chicken, and lots of cheese instead,it was no problem.We have eaten there twice in the last week.Can highly recommend.

Delicious food, lovely interior and reasonable prices. If the waitress were a bit nicer it would be perfect!

I have been here a lot over the years and went here for my partners birthday recently and were had a lovely evening - the food service and restaurant itself with a view of the energetic streets out the window. I've never been mad on falafel but the falafel plate is delicious, and we would very much recommend the garlic pizza breads with toppings and the cajun fish skewers!

Service was nice, space was perfectly adequate. But i haven’t had meat that dry in a long time. Very dry lamb in the tagine without much flavor. Beef kofta had a decent flavor but also very dry. I hope they can use this review as a note to just consider how cooked the meat is before serving. Otherwise, the experience was nice.

Really great halal food! Try the cheeseburger, chicken and lamb tagine. The garlic pitas with Buffalo mozzarella OR prawn and mozzarella is really good. And banoffee desert is well worth the calories!

The waitress was friendly and accommodating when I said I did not want pineapple on my pizza 😂 Overall, lovely restaurant. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been ordering from them for delivery for more than 2 years now and is always good food! Their falafel plate is delicious and fair value!
