Hillbilly's in Ennis

I'm an authentic hillbilly from the southern Appalachians in NW Georgia, and this is solid fried chicken. I think it could handle a bit more salt, but it's extremely similar to fried chicken I could get at a church potluck back home. I also laughed out loud when I saw the unexpected representation of my people in the middle of Ennis. Wish I had gotten a t-shirt.

A very cozy place with delicious food and friendly service. We arrived at 9:30 p.m., it wasn't crowded, and our order was ready quickly. I highly recommend it 👍

Delicious and flavourfull chicken, with fluffy chips and other accompaniment. There's a bogof offer on their dinner box every Tuesday.
