Was there with two kids and partner yesterday evening Friday 28th August 2026 at 9pm. Ordered food and a man behind the counter and he was absolutely brilliant. Made ordering good craic and was a genuine nice fellow. I regret not getting his name to personally mention him. Highly recommend. First time in Supermacs for a while and he made it memorable, was nice to us and the kids too.

Food was over all good and staff were really nice but I found a black hair in my food and my hair is blonde so definitely not my own. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER WAS WEARING A HAIR NET!!!!! I work in the food sector and hair nets should be mandatory
