Hillbilly's in Cork

Dam these burgers are juicy, one of the best I've had! way better than fiveguys :)

La primera vez que vienes con un amigo. He oído hablar de este lugar durante años en Cork. Trató con dos miembros del personal, Nathan y Rodríguez. Tuve un problema muy pequeño y ambos fueron educados, respetuosos y súper eficientes al tratar de rectificar un problema pequeño. Servicio al cliente muy impresionante. La comida era fresca y muy agradable. Volveré y recomendaré tanto para el servicio, como para la comida. Servicio al cliente realmente profesional. .

Honestly hate to be posting this review but what else are you supposed to say after you've gotten to the shop 15 min before closing, already being apologetic to be putting staff out with your order after you KNOW they've started closing down for the night, and then you get your food and hurry out only to get back to the gaff and open your food to discover Hillbilly's hasn't put a chicken patty in your burger. I mean... I'm genuinely devastated. Everything else was above and beyond top tier but not having a fried chicken patty in a €10 burger ruined the experience and has truly upset me. I'll definitely be back because the quality of food, portion sizes, seasoning etc have all been amazing, unfortunately I'm not joking when I say all my pesto chicken burger came with was pretty much tomatoes, lettuce and pesto. I love this place and will definitely return but they sadly dropped the ball tonight by forgetting my chicken fillet on one of their last orders.

Chicken milkshake with the bone is to die for

My favourite fast food place . Clean and tidy seat down area . Amazing food all day long ! Just a smile from the staff will make it perfect !

The best salad around is the ranch salad here , and there chicken is truly delicious, never disappointed with hillbillies, but the server in this outlet today wasn't the politest.
