Hooked in Sligo

We had a great late lunch here. Wish they either had smaller portion plates or allowed sharing.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Hooked, the staff was amazing and even brought a water bowl for our dog. The food was great with a few options for vegetarians and vegans as well. Thank you Hooked for being vegan- and dog friendly!

Wow! Loved this place so much we ate here twice while visiting Sligo over a weekend. Creative and delicious menu. Attentive and friendly staff. Vegan and vegetarian options. Nice location by the river. Casual atmosphere. They get real busy on Friday / Saturday. Call ahead for reservations or show up early! This place definitely earned all the award’s they’ve got hanging on the walls.

It was my first time at an Irish restaurant, and it was such a wonderful experience! The service was super friendly, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had focaccia, korean chicken and Malayan chicken. Each was a culinary revelation!

What a beautiful spot to eat in, overlooking the river in Sligo. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The avocado & eggs were cooked to perfection on a bed of sourdough, nuts and a delicious light and fluffy sauce, thank you.

I really appreciated this place. I walked in a little after 12, i.e., after the breakfast menu was officially unavailable, but asking if I could possibly order two poached eggs on toast. After trying several other places (where I was told this was impossible), I got a positive response here and really appreciated that. It was my last day in Sligo, or I would probably have become a regular!

Dined here last night as a family of four. The food was fab, service was impeccable. Two kids 10 + 6 loved their food. Adults had Korean Chicken and the Chick Fil A burger.....would be back again if we weren't only here on holidays.
