Hooked in Sligo

We had a lovely dinner. It's one of the best fish and chips we have had. I had the gluten-free one, and it was amazing. They were very nice and friendly to book a table via email. Danilo was very attentive and the waitresses as well. Thank you guys.

I had an amazing vegan dish here - the Spicy Miso & Mushroom Rigatoni was amazing! Normally I’m reluctant to pay restaurant prices for something that doesn’t involve tofu / mock meat of some kind, but this was well worth the price paid. They had another vegan option, a veggie option, and a vegan dessert. The biggest fault I could find was the €1 charge for plant milk, but the food itself was amazing & a pleasant surprise.

This is such a nice restaurant! The service was impeccable and oh my - the food is delicious. Such a fun twist of some breakfast classics! If you’re in Sligo you shouldn’t miss it.

Went here for lunch with friends. Its a nice dining space, well designed, lots of light and tables spaced well. Service is always excellent with a good ratio of servers to customers so not waiting too long. Food is modern European i would venture with all the lunch staples. We had a wide variety of dishes from the menu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Can't go wrong with hooked and in general will see a good crowd in this place regardless what time of the day you attend, I had the eggs benedict with pork belly. Hollanadise wasn't the most flavourful and the muffin was a bit doughy but overall a decent effort. Kids had fish and chips and other people in the party had vegan dishes. Excellent vegan and vegetarian fair in this place. Service as alluded to above is prompt and friendly. Will visit again

Great food in casual setting overlooking river. I had mushrooms on sourdough toast which was exceptionally good. I had a glass of very good chilean merlot which was a perfect pairing... simple but delicious
