We came here on our way back from turf stacking in Roscommon. We were all starving and stopped off here on a whim. We were all extremely pleasantly surprised with the food here. Amongst the starters that we ordered were the vegetable soup. Prawn cocktail and garlic mushrooms and nobody was disappointed! The mains we ordered were the fish and chips, goujohns and chips, bacon and cabbage and chicken curry. The portions were enormous that we got the food boxed up to take home! That the waitress was more than happy to accommodate us with. To complete such a positive experience we got complimentary juice to the table. If I am ever back in Roscommon I will be back again!
