The staff, the room, the restaurant were excellent. The lift was out of order but my case was brought up to my room, the stairs were easily climbed. All good

Lovely Hotel, massive rooms, beds aren't as comfortable as they looked, however slept great, probably due to the massive amounts of Guinness consumed, perfect location, not so great for parking, carpark is a 10 15 minute walk with heavy bags. Lift was being upgraded so wasn't available

Enjoyed our trip (mar 11-13) to Galway and stayed here for 2 nights (5 nights in Dublin). By far the best food we had in Ireland and excellent customer service. We were a part of the band group family members from East TN. Great location to seeing the streets of Galway.

Ideal location but service okay but quite expensive for 1 night. No green tea, even for breakfast. Just didn't have the finishing touches but nice big room

03/11/2024: We were lucky enough to stumble upon this beautiful cafe. The decor was very relaxed and inviting. Service was impressive and the food was second to none. I would highly recommend popping in. I most certainly will return.
