Hungry Bear in Gorey

Great spot with a lovely atmosphere & tasty food.

A wonderful place. Delicious food. Chicken burger, pancakes, and a bang bang wrap. We went late in the day, as they're open until 4 p.m. We got three free giant cookies when we left. Highly recommended. We'll gladly return.

We had a brief wait for seat, really worth the wait, great food, efficient friendly staff, lovely coffee. We were there on a Tuesday, packed, popular spot for good reason. Highly recommend

Fantastic breakfast and the kids pancakes were great value

Cracking spot in the middle of town. Satay salad with grilled chicken was great. They had gluten free options for our celiac daughter 💪 Service was fast and friendly.

Delicious food, made fresh and top quality ingredients. Difficult to decide what to get because so many nice options but the potato hash or the bang bang wrap are 2 of my faves. Peak times you will queue for a table

Myself and my partner chose to come here for breakfast and honestly, it was the best breakfast I think I've ever gotten in a cafe. I ordered the HB Benny with brown bread, and my god... the brown bread was so flavourful, eggs cooked to perfection. My partner got the big breakfast, the pudding was like a door wedge size and honestly tasted so amazing. The atmosphere was so lovely and everyone was happy and helpful!

In Gorey for work, decided on a bit of breakfast. Went to the hungry bear. Had a flat white and the big breakfast. Coffee was good and the breakfast was delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. Sausages were tops and so was the pudding. And portion size was very good. Staff were friendly, no complaints. Try this place if you’re hungry.
