Crazy, I never expected to be able to eat a real Italian pasta dish outside of Italy. Chef Cristian, a true Neapolitan with a lot of Italian cooking school and experience behind him demonstrates his skill using high quality local products to create traditional Italian dishes.
Bravissimo Cristian, a true Italian chef who works as a professional with his track food, I ate both the pasta and the "Panuozzo" and I was very satisfied, all genuine and high quality ingredients. Cristian is very professional, with his smile he conquers you and with his Neapolitan accent he makes you feel at home.
I will definitely come back to try the many other culinary proposals he has to offer.
