Ichibanya Sushi and Noodles Bar in Cork

Beat japanese food in cork, prices are a little high but you can't argue with food w quality and service .

There is a new sushi and noodles restaurant here, everything was built again, this restaurant did a complete cleaning of the old business, everything was thrown in the trash or the old owners took everything, everything is very clean here, there is no dirt, slowly this restaurant is conquering Wilton and the surrounding area because when the food is good, the service is good, the customers always come back, as you know, it takes time to build a place, but this one has already taken off and I hope they have much success and much luck and that they are open for many years.

My partner and I have come here countless amount of times. Always during evening time. The staff is excellent, they're attentive, friendly and so lovely. The food is absolutely excellent. Vast menu, plenty of flavours, textures and sizes. Open kitchen which is always a plus. Warm decor with a lovely , relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend for a chilled evening meal.

The best service I have ever experienced. My ramen spilled during delivery, but as soon as I reported the issue to the restaurant, they brought me a fresh, hot replacement meal within just 15 minutes—personally delivered by the manager herself, along with a little bonus. I'm truly grateful for your attention to such matters. It means a lot, and because of this, I’ll remain your loyal customer forever. 🙏🏻

Amazing place for food and lovely staff

First time visiting this place. The sushi was so fresh and tasty. I had the ramen with pork and kimchi soup! It was absolutely delicious! So spicy and tender! The decor was lovely and tasteful. The staff were welcoming and attentive. 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back. It made us so nostalgic for the food we ate in Japan! Highly recommend. All it's missing is okonomiyaki and taiyaki!!

Staff were warm and attentive. The sushi was incredibly fresh—melt in the mouth—and the presentation was beautiful. I also tried one of their noodle bowls and it was full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and super comforting. You can tell the chefs really care about the quality of the ingredients.
