Impala in Cork

"Comfortable seating, very enjoyable"

It's my favourite cork cocktail here. the amaretto sour. I recommend it. Every time I go I order for it. The staff always are very friendly and there is a relaxing atmosphere ideal for talking to friends.

Top notch, great beer selection and the only Cork bar I know of to sell Nitro stout. The Chieftain is keenly priced and tastes very fresh. Staff are friendly and professional. Well done guys, hope you do really well. EDIT: Five years later, I still love this bar. Just wanted to add that it is a rare thing to find a bar that curates its own excellent music. Most places are too lazy and just play a generic playlist, but not Impala. 👍 Always great music, and I go there especially for that sometimes, with my Shazam on auto. 🎵

Amazing place for the beers the selection is amazing and the atmosphere is just soo cool, they have board games and the sofas are just soo nice. Instantly fell in love with this place. Must try this pub when you are in cork

Out of a lot of bars on a periodic return to Cork, I found the bouncers and the bar staff to be absolutely excellent. So welcoming, respectful, attentive and hard working. Never waiting too long to be served and always with a bit of banter. I also noticed that they remember people's orders for the next time!! In a city where I've noticed the bartending cool-cats to recede up their own ego induced holes, it was very refreshing to meet genuine servers. 5 stars! Keep it up!

One of my favourites spots in Cork for a pint, the atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is always super lovely, and nice choice of pints and craft beers. Lovely cocktails as well!

Great selection of craft beers, and even the odd micro. Very chill atmosphere. Opens a bit on the later side, would happily be there from midday! They don't serve food, but you can pick up something up from one of the places nearby to eat there. No cutlery though so bring you're own.
