Imperial Bar in Cavan

Great food, fast, efficient, and friendly service, good variety, including a vegan menu, lovely atmosphere.

Was on a night away in Farnham estate , called in for some live music , service was excellent made cocktails on request , to top it all off left my phone behind me and it was dropped off at hotel following morning first thing, didn’t even get the chance to say thank you , well definitely be back on drive through some time for food to show appreciation, excellent spot with amazing staff

Popped in here during our stay at the Farnham estate recently. Booked by phone call the evening before. Service both sides of the bar was efficient, professional and extremely accommodating. The food was out of this world, we both had specials. My husband had a tBone steak and I had the sea bass; mouthwatering! Couldn't recommend Imperial Bar and their staff enough.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, drink and the staff and owners are as good as you will get. 10/10 and definitely worth a visit.

We attended this wkd for a Brazilian, Irish hen party. Catriona had us all sorted with a table in the metric.They were busy which is a great sign and it took a little time to get sorted with drinks and orders etc but everything was worth the wait. The most delicious starters, main courses and deserts came out all in good timing of each other and no one was waiting on a course etc. Really fantastic bar service, music and good craic overall. It was a rare night out in Cavan , so before heading out for a birthday meal somewhere else, we called in for an early drink . Drinks were brought to the table, where we paid . The bar was pleasantly busy, we were made welcome, and the seating areas were comfortable. Would definitely return sometime.

We were visiting family in Cavan and they brought us out for an amazing dinner at The Imperial. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The service was beyond great and the food was amazing. There were over 14 of us and absolutely everyone at the table commented on how delicious their food was. We were there on a Sunday night and the entertainment was excellent. We wished we lived closer because we would definitely go back. ps... we drove over 115km and went through at least 19 counties and this is the only restaurant we talk about while visiting Ireland ☘
