05/07/2025: The experience at Glasson Lakehouse is incredible. The staff are genuine, kind and welcoming from start to finish. The food was on another level, the steak was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel is one of a kind with an incredible view of the lake that makes every moment feel peaceful and special. Always love to visit whenever possible.

18/06/2025: The hotel itself was beautiful, set in a perfect location, and our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the dining experience at Bonnie’s significantly let down our stay. We started with the chicken wings, which were disappointing. Our main courses—crispy pork belly and steak—were served almost cold. The pork lacked any crispiness, and the side salad with the steak was drenched in dressing, making it nearly inedible. The chocolate crème brûlée was also a letdown, with a flavor and texture that didn’t feel fresh. Sadly, breakfast didn’t redeem the experience either—it was underwhelming overall. Given the price point, we expected a much higher standard of food. We also used the hot tubs, which were lovely, though having to go to the bar to get a drink was a bit inconvenient. Everything else about the hotel was excellent, but the food really missed the mark for us.
