Interlude in Dungarvan

It was very busy but they managed to get us a table. The staff was really nice and the food was great! I had the goats cheese tartlet it was gorgeous and the small portion with a side of fries was pretty filling. The desserts are to die for!

We stopped by for a coffee but couldn’t resist staying for fish and chips - and even dessert! The food was absolutely incredible. The fish was so fresh and perfectly cooked; it just flaked apart beautifully. And the banoffee pie… Absolutely delicious, packed with bananas and full of flavour. A fantastic experience all around. Highly recommended! 😊

Really good from start to finish. Have eaten here many times and this was one of the best visits !! From the choice of starters , mains and a multitude of desserts. Had the chicken wings to start and got the main course size and shared them !! They were really good!! Had the ribeye and was top class , cooked to perfection and no shortage of mash , veg and fries !!! Baileys and flake cheesecake to finish !!! There was a special of roast beef and three at the table had it and it was and looked super !!! Tasted it and fab meat !! Enjoyable visit and the place was hopping . Will be back !!!

Choose the interlude to meet some friends for lunch on the quaysidein Dungarvan, it's simply spectacular! Superb food, great service , excellent value . Very interesting menus to suit all tastes. Every day, they have a superb specials board . Chose the seafood grattan in a white wine sauce . Wow, it was superb. I really hope to see this on the regular menu soon 👍
