Must try crab claws and fish and chips. Appreciate the service and a great atmosphere as well

We were on holiday in County Clare. As someone with coeliac disease, it’s always difficult to find a restaurant where I can eat without worrying. I highly recommend Ivy Cottage. Not only can they make almost everything gluten-free, but they are also very knowledgeable about coeliac disease and gluten-free food preparation. We visited once for lunch and once for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Every member of the team does a fantastic job. The atmosphere is warm and cosy. Last but not least, the food was outstanding. I can highly recommend this restaurant—it is definitely worth a visit! 👍🏻 Keep up the great work! 👍🏻

Delightful staff and equally delicious food, especially their incredible chowder. Frank and his son Dave are a formidable front of house duo but behind them is a very accomplished kitchen run by Rutti and chef Przemek. Highly recommended, 5 stars

I ordered the seafood chowder. I must admit, I wasn't a fan of the pickles in it. Once I ate every last pickle out of the chowder, I was able to enjoy it.... greatly. It was delicious. My husband appreciated his meal and generous proportions. The staff was busy but kind. The patio was a wonderful place to sit. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, even with our two year old daughter along. Everyone was kind to her as well. We enjoyed ourselves greatly.
