This is gem of place....came to Dublin for a few days....stayed in Skylon Hotel.....Watched footie in the pub/bar across the road.....The Ivy House... brilliant a warm Irish welcome.....Staff brilliant, friendly, sense of humour 2nd to none.....Can't wait to return.....Rob W

A great pub with a soul. Great music and a very pleasant decor. A huge plus was that, despite being a Saturday night, it wasn't oppressively crowded like other places nearby. The perfect balance between fun and comfort. Highly recommended!

Went for dinner, but when we got to the door, it was locked. The place appears to be closed. Only a bar around back is still open.

The Commons at MOLI

09/03/2026: The outside garden is wonderful and a pleasure on a sunny day. However, we ordered a coffee and wanted to pay first, but we were asked to take a seat instead. We waited 20 minutes and my girlfriend had to go back inside once more to pay and ask for the order again. For just two coffees... I'm not going back. Most of the other people there were also asking where their orders were.
27/02/2026: We had our company christmas party in Commons Cafe @ MoLi - it was a fantastic evening. The space was perfect, the food & service were superb. Would highly recommend for a corporate event and the location is ideal!

22/03/2026: Great restaurant in the bay, we had the sharing platter of different fish, excellent!
22/03/2026: I was there just before noon. It was very busy on a Saturday. The staff were still friendly, even if a bit stressed, and the food was good. It got quite noisy after a while because of the large number of people. Otherwise, I'd gladly go again.
