A very nice little restaurant for lunch in the port of Howth.

Based on our experience, I have to give this restaurant a poor rating. We ordered two starters, and unfortunately neither of them was particularly tasty or of good quality. The seafood platter was also disappointing – the only item we really enjoyed was the fried calamari. The fish, in particular, had a strange taste, almost as if it wasn't fresh. Considering this is a seaside destination, I expected much better seafood. The prices are high, which is understandable for the location, but the quality did not justify them. The service, however, was good.

Ate Calamari, goat cheese crustini, potato wedges and salad which were all yummy. Sat outside. Great for people watching. Great atmosphere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at The Our House. The restaurant has a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully presented. The service was excellent, and I was very well looked after throughout my visit. A special thank you to the staff member, Eliane, for being so attentive, friendly, and professional. She made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

I expected more. €21 for Fish and chips is too much and more when the portion is small for that price. The gratuity of 2 euro was included and seemed non negotiable. Felt like a tourist trap. I am dissapointed.
