The food was delicious, although the restaurant itself was quite crowded during the busy season. I was able to get a table quickly as a walk-in but by the time I left there was a line out the door. If it’s not too busy though, I would definitely recommend for a classic seafood place!

The restaurant is right on the Howth pier. They don't take reservations, and if there are no seats (which is quite common on weekends), you have to queue outside and be called up one by one. The wait is well worth it, however, as the food (fish caught daily and caught at the fishmonger next door) is truly delicious. I highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, I tryed a Seafood Choweder, and the main ShellFish hotpot was definitely the highlight of our meal. The seafood was fresh, flavourful and beautifully prepared. The menu is amazing, with so many great options to choose from. And we had a spetacular Sangria I was actually a little worried that the food might have too much garlic, but I was pleasantly surprised. The garlic flavour was very subtle and didn’t overpower the dish at all. What really stood out was the amazing flavour of the seafood itself. Everything was so delicious! A special thank you to Jen for the wonderful service. She was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming, and she really made our experience even more enjoyable. Her service was outstanding and she deserves a special mention! ❤️ We left the restaurant very happy and satisfied, and we will definitely be coming back — next time with more friends so they can experience it too! Wow, we got lucky! Even though the place was packed, we managed to get a table for four after just a short wait. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The food was really great—even though many dishes are fried, everything tasted fresh without any hint of old oil, which is definitely not a given in such a touristy area. I hardly ever eat fish since I prefer meat, so if I genuinely enjoyed it, it means it must have been top-quality and extremely fresh. Highly recommended!

Impeccable service. They worked at a fast pace but were quick and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. The mussels, oysters, langoustines, and seafood pasta were all superb. The bill was a bit high because we each ordered two glasses of white wine at €9 a glass. But it was all worth it.

Portions are quite good, probably the most generous in this area, and the quality was alright. Good value. Toilets, located upstairs, were filthy...

Awesome! The staff is friendly, the food tastes fantastic. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Maybe I'm just not used to Irish culture but we sat for what felt like forever before a server showed up. Ordered, that took an expected amount of time. Finished eating and waited more. Finally flagged down another server to ask for a dessert. That showed up eventually. Kid was almost finished with it. Flagged down another server to ask for the check. Within seconds had my card in it. It sat on the edge of the table for ten minutes before I flagged down another server to ask about paying. She brought over a little credit card machine and swiped the card and paid for the meal. Our actual server came to the table 3 times total over the almost 2 hours we were there. The food was amazing. Service was sub-par especially considering they only had 8 people total eating while we were there.
