Decent authentic Victorian pub, not much craic from younger staff but that’s like most places nowadays, definitely worth a visit

Awesome place. This American had heard the term “creamer,” but I had no idea. It was definitely the best Guinness I’d been served all week. Service was good too.

A must visit when in Waterford. Great pint.

Great Guinness in a cosy little pub

A beautiful Victorian bar in Waterford with stunning original fittings, great Guinness and very friendly staff.

I appreciate the effort that went into every detail of this pub; there are too many details for one review. It’s not just a place for an unreal pint of Guinness but it’s a living museum where you can soak in history from sitting at the bar. The craftsmanship and authenticity make it one of a kind. Fair play to the owners, there’s nowhere else in Ireland anywhere close to it. The way the Guinness comes out, there’s no way it can have bubbles, it’s a mystery. This pub is a museum with free entry and incredible pints.
