J M Reidy in Killarney

Good trad looking pub. Fair beer selection. No food past 6 pm on the Tuesday we visited. Heavy tourist crowd.

We had our wedding Day 2 at Reidy’s in September 2025 and it was truly one of the best parties we’ve ever been to! Magda and all the staff were fabulous to deal with, and the BBQ and drinks were top class. People of all ages were dancing to the live music, from our younger guests to our relatives in their 90s! It was the perfect venue for our half Irish/half American crowd and everyone is still talking about it. Look no further for a private event space in Kerry!

I’ve traveled all over this beautiful world of ours, having frequented some the best pubs and bars of our great cities, towns, and villages, and this pub, to my mind, is right up there with the very best. It could be that I had such an unbelievably fun time here that it’s influencing my feeling toward J.M. Reidy’s, but this is quite a unique place all by itself without my ringing endorsement. Go. Don’t think. Just go!

We hosted our post-wedding dancing and celebration at Reidy's with the help of Magda. We had the best time dancing to the wonderful band and celebrating with our friends and family. It was truly magical and we won't soon forget it. Thank you, Magda and team!!

If you find yourself in Killarney, this place is a must visit. Full of quirky little corners and nooks. A great place for a coffee and a snack. Truly the best sweet scone I've ever had (raspberry white chocolate with homemade strawberry jam) and a smooth matcha as well. My friend had a sausage roll and it had a beautiful flaky pastry with a lovely sweet and savoury filling. I recommend!

A lovely cosy place, with the best vegan cauliflower wings I've ever had! 🤩🤩🤩

Had the ciabatta and pizza, food was 10/10 and service was brilliant, no wait and had a nice cosy booth.

My favorite dinner spot/pub during a 16 day trip across Ireland. The food was fantastic, the music was great and - best Guinness pour I had on the trip.

Savage spot for food, pints, sport and music. We installed our 10x7.5m stretch tent here for a wedding in the new courtyard area. We will be back for some fun. Stretch Tents Ireland
