01/09/2026: I googled nice restaurants in Carlow / Kilkenny and i go the Michelin List website, i saw Bramley's listing and said to myself, I've heard about this place, but could not recall any detals, so just booked it and it was fantastic, we had the tasting menu. the food was amazing and the staff were just great. We will definitely be back and would recommend you to visit also.

06/08/2026: Early bird 3 course for under 40 euro. Lovely lovely food. Great service . Very worth the trip.

30/06/2026: Stayed here on the 29th of June '26,VERY nice room,VERY comfortable bed,the shower water could have been a LOT hotter,on the date of my stay,I had a VERY nice bowl of vegatable soup followed by a VERY nice plate of honey glazed bacon,veg and mashed potatoe,HIGHLY recommend a stay here

20/05/2026: Good comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Pollys a great venue.
