We are two Singapore residents who, like many other folks who live in Asia, hit a point in our journey in Europe where we need rice and Asian food. We were absolutely delighted by Jalan Jalan and the food hit the spot. We couldn’t believe we found it in Ballina! Everything is well cooked with fresh ingredients, but with the authentic flavor of home.

I had food here today and would recommend it to all. Staff are helpful , friendly, and welcoming. The food was cooked to perfection and enjoyed by all of us. The interior design works well within this old building. It is cleaned to a very high standard, and I would highly recommend it.

You must go here! Sam & Joe are so lovely! The food is incredible! Some of the best food I have had in Ireland so far. The Pinot Grigio was divine…ended up getting a bottle! Some of the best Miso soup I have ever had too! They have a small vegan menu but the options are great! I had the vegan Singapore noodles with Tofu..so much flavor and the right amount of kick! And an avocado sushi roll…so good!! My brother had duck which he raved about and my mom had the crispy prawns and sushi—she loved!
