The Auld Shebeen (Betty's) in Ballina

Stayed in the apartments. The staff are very welcoming and the regulars are friendly. The apartment all through was spotless. I had a decent weeks sleep until Thursday night. Should've gone sleep early ready for work. Got woke up half eleven twelve. Status Quo, The Cranberries all sorts. A live band downstairs. I ended up at 1 o'clock in the morning having a crafty ciggy at my bathroom window singing Cher, "Do you believe in life after love"

Great little pub with friendly customers and dog friendly took our 2 greyhounds in again this year.

Didn't have any food. Some of the nicest people in Ireland. Friendly and welcoming to strangers. The anchor of my Ballina stay.

Extraordinary atmosphere on Thursday night. Mix of staff, live music and customers made this place magical and almost otherworldly. People just having a great time and welcomed us kindly. Thanks to you all ❤️

Cosy pub with a great pint of Guinness, and the owner Cathal was so lovely! Would definitely recommend

Superb pub just over the river. Authentic decor with lots of seating inside and out. We experienced some exceptional live music on the Saturday night. All washed down with some top quality Guinness.
