I loved Jimmy's Ballina & Swinford when it opened. Now, I can not get a croissant where the outer pastry crunches! Limp & tasteless. No cookies that young & old like. Wonderful coffee & delicious freshly made sausage rolls 😋

We have stopped here on 4 different occasions over a period of 12 months. The coffee is started out ok but dropped off to petrol station standard after the first visit. Always seems to be different staff and they always seem under pressure, even if it's quiet. Won't be calling in again after today, coffee was beyond weak.
