I was alone snd it took a long time before they had a single-person table.

Absolutely great food and lovely service. The restaurant is cozy and nice. No reservation but just a 10min wait.

We stopped by JJ O’Malleys on a whim, looking to grab a small bite to eat and enjoy a couple of pints. We ordered starters — mussels in white wine sauce and smoked salmon from Mayo. The preparation was truly excellent, and the flavours were simply outstanding. The staff were consistently friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. The live music in the evening was fantastic, the pints were great, and the overall atmosphere was brilliant. Everything just came together perfectly — definitely worth a visit!

Staff here is the bomb. So nice and attentive to your questions. Ended up having one of our best meals on our trip to Ireland. Bacon wrapped mushrooms stuffed chicken breast was excellent. And of course, Dingle's gin and tonic was excellent too.
