Joe Watty's in Cill rónáin

Was surprised by this pub, the atmosphere inside was lovely. A cold day outside was met by warmth and some lovely food. After cycling around in the cold this was heaven.

It was the middle of the day when we were here and it was busy. Food was faultless

After a long day exporing the island, what a great place to relax for a family of five. Lovely food, very friendly staff, clean and the music was great. Can't wait to visit again.

アラン諸島名物のロブスターをメインに、前菜としてアイルランド定番のシーフードチャウダーをいただきました。 ロブスターが美味なのはもちろん、シーフードチャウダーが絶品でした。 オーナー夫人によると、玉ねぎなどあらかじめ炒めず、フレッシュなまま煮込んでいるそうです。そのため変な脂っこさがなく、玉ねぎの風味がとても活かされていました。 サービスとフレンドリーで、観光客はもちろん、地元の漁師さんなどにも愛されているのもうなづけました。

We recently spent three nights on the island and ate three lunches and three dinners at Joe Watty’s all of which were excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming each time, service was excellent and timely. Our favorites were the seafood chowder and beef stew but we also liked the roast pork, the goat cheese salad and the homemade beef lasagna. Because we were staying on the island we were able to time our meals to avoid the tour groups and the many people passing by on a day trip to the island.
