Another one of the better pubs with great food too and a nice bar to sit at. Right on the harbour.

We, initially, ducked into John Benny's to get out of a downpour and were pleasantly surprised. It was a cold, wet day and we had some fish chowder that was delicious. The service was a bit rushed, but there was a food festival happening so we completely understood and were happy to just be warm and dry. BUT later that evening we attempted to go to Dick Mack's but found it so crowded we had zero interest in trying to jockey for a seat, so we returned to John Benny's for dinner. Yvonne, the same waitress from earlier in the day, was STILL there, working hard. She was really kind despite her exhaustion and we had the most amazing mussels and my husband had Irish Stew. Now, growing up with an irish mother I've had my share of Irish Stew and it really isn't my jam, but this Irish Stew was DELICIOUS- the sauce was so thick and flavorful. We would happily return to John Benny's again and hope you do too. Give Yvonne our regards.

Went to John Benny's on a recommendation to go and listen to Irish singers. Had delicious sticky toffee pudding and a few drinks at the bar. The place was packed on a Wednesday night! The singers were amazing but a bit too sleepy for our taste so we didn't stay too long. Go early to get a good seat!

I only visited the pub. They were very friendly and the food was good.

We were expecting trad pub food but decided to give this a try since so many Dingle restaurants book so quickly. We ordered meat dishes (chicken and meat stew) and they were good comfort food and tasted home made. Maybe people had problems with fish dishes-we stuck with meat. Drinks were fine and service was very pleasant and efficient. I would recommend trying it.
