Johnny Burkes bar in Miltown malbay

First time in Spanish point and found it to be a lovely part of the wild atlantic way. A beautiful day for a walk along the beach and then lunch at Johnny Burkes in the Armada Hotel. My Wife wasn't very hungry so just had the soup of the day which was parsnip, she really enjoyed it. I had the roast rib of beef with all the trimmings and it was excellent. Service was very fast considering it was very busy. I'm already looking forward to a return trip during the summer.

What wonderful service, atmosphere, food, and drinks! It is an authentic spot in the Armada Hotel. We were not expecting the cozy snug and the pub.
