Really good food, coffee and staff. The staff are friendly and the service is great. They are accommodating and happy to help. The outdoor covered seating area is very uniquely decorated, and very much adds to the atmosphere. The decor lives up to the cafe name. They provide blankets and heaters so no worries about being cold. The vegan options are delicious, as is the coffee and sweet treats

Good, tasty, warm, lovely 🥰. I will definitely go there again. The sandwich was really good. The staff was very respectful, the design was beautiful and special ❤️

Great decor, lovely waitress, the jungle combo was disappointing: not an accurate information on the menu. When addressed the issue...not even an apology but rather:" we used to serve it like that but...." honestly I rate 4 starts just because the café has potential to be great.

The food. The coffee. Our server. Everything was so good! We sat in the covered area in the back and were offered both blankets and a heater. The coffee was really good and also came in a really nice size! And the food was simply amazing. Will definitely come back here the next time I'm in Galway, highly recommend!

The Skeff

09/09/2025: Authentic pub with fantastic food! Service was rather mediocre.
09/09/2025: The Skeff is part of the The Skeffington Arms Hotel. Food was very good. The Seafood Chowder and a couple of (non!) Stout beers from other parts of Ireland were a welcomed change of pace. IPA's, actually. One from Letterkenny, and the other from Kill, County Kildare. Other than the service being just a tad slow, it was (overall) very good. And the live music was magical this night. Okay...Not exactly magical, but covers from bands/artists that everyone knows, sung by a group of a youngish band of 3 called The Groev. They did a great job, actually.
