10/10 pancakes are great deffo going again next time I'm in Galway, only issue I can no longer walk around Galway I have to walk and may be sick during my competition.

I come here all the time, love the food, love the staff! Always great vibes in there and we’re never waiting long for a table or for food. For sure my favourite breakfast and brunch spot. Don’t bring kids here, no one wants to eat their breakfast next to your iPad kid.

Pascal's is such a great place with lovely staff. Been here two times so far. First time I had one of the panini's which I thought was just ok but the second time I came I tried the pancakes they are known for and must say they were delicious. Me and my friend ordered the cookies and cream pancakes and just the one order was more then enough for both of us. Wouldn't say the pancakes in itself were jaw dropping but the cookies and ice cream that came with them were lovely!

The pancakes are super good 😊 Got the eton mess pancakes and the size of the portion is massive even though I split it with someone😭😭 I also got an iced americano, they said there were four shots of espresso I think it it,, so it was nice strong taste 👍 lots of seating also as there is an upstairs

02/03/2024: Lovely evening, everyone! I loved this place. Absolutely adored the food, the staff... EVERYTHING. Except there was one thing missing...I didn't feel at home. There were lights, there were CHAIRS *shivers in fear* and the biggest thing? THERE. WERE. PEOPLE. As an Introverted worm (not metaphorically, I am indeed a garden worm) it was very different from what I was used to. I asked for some cabbage and broccoli only to be escorted out ON SOME MANS SHOE. Now. this cannot do. But I guess it does not matter...for I am a worm. Lovely place and the food was great, I do recommend. Excellent soil too. ~The worm critic 🪱
14/12/2023: Nice little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating area. Food is lovely and the staff are friendly, helpful & always smiling. If you are working in Ballycoolin I would recommend dropping in for lunch!!
