Middle of city walking distance to loads of pubs and shops, great staff

Superb location in City Centre; only short walk from Kent Train Station. Rooms have *generous* tea/coffee making facilities and convenient bathing showering W C. facilities. Very comfortable short stay!

No loyalty points for booking through Booking.com even though it was €80 cheaper for exactly the same stay than hotel website. Still stayed at the hotel either way so points should be given.

The hotel is strategically located for exploring the pub-lined streets and easily walking to the station and bus stops for guided tours or transportation. The only downside I may have encountered was the inability to adjust the room temperature with the air conditioning, especially since the heating is centralized.

One if the best hotels I booked ever

I am just back from a work trip. This property is well within working distance to the main city area. The location is really good. All the staff throughout were really helpful and so friendly. We got good recommendations from the receptionist on where to go to have a good lunch. The evening receptionist really helped me when I forgot my phone charger. She was able to lend me one (life saver). The room are big enough, really clean with all amenities you need. Comfy beds, coffee and tea, iron and iron table. Room service also was great. For breakfast you had access to pretty much anything you need, from pastry to juice, eggs bacon etc…. Really could not fault it. Parking also available on site. Parking is 12€ but really given how Cork can get busy it was nice to just leave the car there and go do everything walking. I would defo recommend this hotel. Nice, quiet, all you need after a long working day!
