Middle of city walking distance to loads of pubs and shops, great staff

Superb location in City Centre; only short walk from Kent Train Station. Rooms have *generous* tea/coffee making facilities and convenient bathing showering W C. facilities. Very comfortable short stay!

The hotel is strategically located for exploring the pub-lined streets and easily walking to the station and bus stops for guided tours or transportation. The only downside I may have encountered was the inability to adjust the room temperature with the air conditioning, especially since the heating is centralized.

No loyalty points for booking through Booking.com even though it was €80 cheaper for exactly the same stay than hotel website. Still stayed at the hotel either way so points should be given.

I paid €180, room 430. there was no minibar or small refrigerator, the bath water wasn't hot, and the room was very, very noisy. I'd like to clarify something. This is the second time I've stayed at this place in 8 months. We traveled from Donegal Town to Cork for one night because of a university exam The first time I paid €115 (the only criticism that time was the mini bar in the room. My wife is diabetic and we had to keep the insulin cold) but we were able to solve it ourselves. The hotel refused us a full or partial refund. I don't care, money comes and goes, but this regular customer will not be returning to this hotel. The reason? I paid €300 for one night, but I paid €300 for a very old room (430), with an old TV, no minibar, and a shower with lukewarm water and, above all, extremely noisy. Very positive things: the hotel staff were lovely! The room heating (430) was perfect. Thank you, and I hope leonardo hotel improve.
