Nice location to walk the city. The service was great. I was going to switch to a smaller room, since my husband and son had to leave early and they just told me to just stay in the current room at no extra charge. Super accommodating.

Great hotel in a central location in Cork city Staff are friendly and attentive. Special mention for Nicola at breakfast as she was so helpful and lovely. Rooms are very comfortable and beds equally so. Hope to return soon.

The Leonardo Hotel is a very convenient and friendly place to stay. However, the sinks in both the reception bathroom and the bedroom bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. Should you want a shower once you are ready and dressed to go, this is the hotel for you!

Wonderful service from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to the team behind the bar. Was very busy but never had to wait too long to get refreshments

Decent, modern hotel in very central location. I chose it for location and parking included.

Breakfast staff run of their feet,badly organized tables, no manager,big que waiting to be seated both mornings we spent there.One or two people sitting at tables for four other tables needed to be cleared and clean.Breakfast was good but the usual crowded around toaster in the middle of the hot breakfast self service.

Contrary to some reviews, I was very satisfied. Certainly not a top-notch hotel, but very tidy and clean. Very friendly staff and a great location.

EXCEPT FOR THE LOCATION, THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ANY BIG ADVANTAGES. THE HOTEL IS OLD, I DID NOT LIKE THE BREAKFAST. THE HAIR DRYER IN THE ROOM WAS IN A TERRIBLE CONDITION. IT DEFINITELY DID NOT DESERVE THE MONEY I PAID.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff but its an absolute disgrace that they don't take cash at the bar.
