Friendly, helpful reception, bar and breakfast staff. I enjoyed my two days/nights here. Great view from my 4th floor bedroom window overlooking river and despite facing a busy intersection, it was very quiet.

Wow very excellent to live. I was for a 5days. I felt like I'm home.

While we had a good stay, there were a couple of things that need to be improved to come up to the same standard as other Leonardo Hotels. Fridge- no fridge in the room. TV- one you can connect your phone to and where the channels actually change. Plugs- most are updating to be able to have a USB connection to allow for more charging opportunities. The rooms feel quite dated, but cleanliness seemed fine. We had good customer service, however, we're told the wrong time for breakfast finishing. We got to breakfast a few minutes before it was due to finish (we had paid the night before) but there was still plenty to accommodate us. All in all, a good stay, just a few tweaks to be done to make it the perfect stay

This is definitely not a 4* standard as advertised. Facilities in the room aren't great, no fridge, basic tea and coffee - there's nothing luxurious about this stay. Rooms need a revamp and a good clean, the settee in our room was stained and the bath over shower wasn't clean. We had no problems with noise but perhaps we didn't have noisy neighbours. We didn't find the bed overly comfortable. I'd be more okay with all of this if we'd paid less and were expecting less than a 4*. The location for this hotel is great, which is the main selling point I think. The staff were friendly but we only dealt with them at check in and check out. The rooms were warm (radiators) on all nights bar our first night, we were freezing so called reception who turned the heating on. Overall, a good stay for location but try and get a deal if you can

One of the better Leonaro hotels. Good rooms with a nice view. Staff very friendly, excellent breakfast. Small restaurant, with an interesting mix of Asian and Irish food. Close to station and city center.

A nice enough hotel with a restaurant and bar. The room I had was large and comfortable. Visually speaking the hotel is in need of updating and thorough cleaning.

Room and bed are fine. The problem is the room is noisy. Trickle vents have been installed without acoustic vents. It is a bizarre decision to install these in a hotel. Premier Inn have chosen to use mechanical ventilation which is far better for both ventilation and noise. The room doors are also of poor quality without adequate seal and you can hear every noise outside.
