The staff was great friendly and informative. We arrived by town truck as the car rental broke down. The staff immediately made us feel comfortable. Rooms were clean and shower had great pressure. Being in walking distance to buses, train, great restaurants and shops we canceled car.

We were looking for a central location and comfort.. we got both.. and we got service and great care especially for our special needs party. Will we come back.. yes, of course! (Thank you Rachel, Emily, Nicole and everyone who helped along the way).

Lots of very bad reviews but stayed here on a Friday and we thought the place was great the rooms were tidy and beds were very comfortable, service at the bar was tops by a young Asian guy and breakfast decent aswell, location was the best part literally Walking so I thought it was ideal.

The stay was a welcome break. It being on the Bank Holiday Monday night, made it a quiet break away.

Clean rooms, okay breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, good food. Centrally located.

Our 2-day stay at Leonardo Hotel Cork was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly friendly, polite, and professional staff who made us feel valued throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, with exceptional standards of cleanliness in every area. The reception team were warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the staff helped make the occasion even more special with their kindness and attention to detail. A special mention goes to the restaurant and bar staff, who were simply fantastic,courteous, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Our dietary requirements were handled with exceptional care and attention, and we felt completely looked after throughout our stay. The level of service and understanding shown by the team was truly 5-star. The security personnel also deserve recognition for their friendly nature and great sense of humour, which added to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, our experience was truly beyond what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The outstanding customer service, welcoming environment, attention to dietary needs, and exceptional hospitality made our stay memorable from start to finish. We highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Cork to anyone visiting Cork. It is definitely a hotel we will return to, and we look forward to staying again in the future.
