Staff is extremely cooperative, the food is beyond expectations, and the hygiene is impeccable.

Food good.. Taste is sometimes different though. Sometimes nice and crispy other times seems like it was dropped back in the oil or fryer to reheat

Very expensive, food was bland. Took a very long time to cook

Guy who served was a friendly chap.food was nice too

Good overall. Chicken breading a little inconsistent on some days and could be better but otherwise good. Lobby is sometimes not spotless but not much that can be done when everyone is busy.

Decided to stop in here to grab a bite to eat before I started working. The food I got was was only ok. Been here a few times and everytime the food tastes like as if each cook is doing something different. Now a days when I go, I try and see if one particular cook is working. As I know that I will enjoy my food.

Said id try this to see as KFCs don't in my opinion have great coverage in Ireland. I had the bucket for 1 Portion of chips was small Chicken wings were very dry and the chicken pieces was very greasy and not a lot to them. The boneless chicken was nice and it comes with a small drink that only fills 3/4s of the cup. My opinion portions could be better for the price compared to their competitors. Plenty parking Spacious sit-down area It says you can order at the counter but when you get to the counter there is a sign saying order at kiosk. Id rate it 3/5 for food Id rate 5/5 for staff Toilets were a little untidy but there was no cleaning chart so don't know how long they were sibe they were checked by staff Only great positive I seen comparing to their competitors is there waste management system as it's very well explained to customers

Visited KFC in Douglas on Tuesday 8th April, approached the counter and was left waiting for 10 mins before any staff decided to acknowledge my presence as a real life Customer....staff were more interested in Just Eat Orders and accommodating Delivery Drivers...so finally someone asks me was I OK...No obviously I was extremely annoyed...I began to order a Twister Wrap Meal and a Fillet Burger Meal....no salad in the Wrap and 2 Teas....not an over complicated request!!Then the staff member began offering me a side order with the wrap,I didn't want anything but what I ordered.....He then called on another staff member to help place the order on the computer as he didn't know how to place the order without any salad in the Wrap....Finally order complete and we move on.....I was handed a tray with a Wrap and Fries on it and a Fillet Burger....I had to ask for the 2 Teas...my patience was extremely running out at this stage as Just Eat was still priority...so my food is sitting there on the tray and I'm handed 2 Teas....so staff member puts hot milk from the machine into both Teas.....I refused to accept them,I didn't ask for milk in my Tea,I'm quite capable of doing that myself....Seriously this has to be the worst experience ever...So then I had to ask for milk,,Then I realised there was no Fries with my Wrap....so when I questioned that a very confused conversation took place....I was informed that Fries are extra....€3....They come with a Meal...its called a Meal Deal....its advertised in a picture in your restaurant....OMG...I was then told that he would bring the Fries to me....I sat down finally and ate my Fillet Burger....so Burger is gone and Tea almost drank and no Fries....up I had to get again and approach the Counter....yet again backs turned to the counter so I said Excuse Me,I'm waiting on Fries with over 10 mins ...he goes and gets them...he Forgot...WHY...Cos Just Eat was more important than the Customer in front of you....Fantastic Customer Service!!An utter disgrace...I paid €10.50 each for the Meals,€2 for Tea and €3 for Fries that were supposed to accompany my Meal🙄🤔And please do not insult me by replying that this will be passed on to the Team and hopefully we can get things right ....staff should be trained correctly for a business to operate professionally....

Staff is friendly but staff needs bit training food is hot super fast
