Kiosks easy to use. Had the new Louisiana burger which was very tasty. It was early so wasn't too busy. Good atmosphere, music not too loud.

This isn’t the same KFC that was there 2 years ago, they seem to have way more staff so service is much faster than before, food is pretty good lately too, no complaints. Way better than mcd in opinion.

These kids came in looking to give hassle. They took a receipt off a table while someone was in the bathroom to collect/steal their food. Natalie held firm kicked them out and fulfilled the order for the customer anyway. Great job gracefully done.
