Nando's in Cork

Update 1st December 2024 Thankfully they have improved their ordering method and if you would like you can order at the till to avoid their scan and order method. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my order today. I ordered a spicy rice bowl with two chicken thighs and I was served spicy rice bowl with a flavourless chicken breast. At very first day (somewhere in July) their food was nice, but later we felt that they are not as ,good as it was. Their online ordering system is a hassle. Nandos free WiFi is very slow and it takes more than 20mins to place an order or impossible to place an order via their online system. We get to starve before we get our food everytime we visit there. So, we try to avoid this place now.

Amazing staff and welcoming atmosphere. We went to celebrate my son’s birthday and the staff could not have done more for us. They were amazing and paid attention to our needs. Thank you all for your service. And of course the food we ordered was very delicious and tasty and it arrived to our table on time

I recently visited Nando’s Mahon Point and overall had a great experience. The staff were 10/10—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. The level of customer service from the team was excellent. However, one thing did stand out to me. I noticed who I presume was a manager (they had short curly hair at the back and were wearing glasses) speaking to a member of staff in what appeared to be an argument. As a customer, it was quite upsetting and uncomfortable to witness. Regardless of what the situation was, I don’t think those kinds of conversations should happen in front of customers, and I felt sorry for the staff member involved. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the rest of the team provided such excellent service and deserve recognition for the great job they do.
