I cannot wait to come back to this restaurant! We were a rather large group who were accommodated without delay. A set menu was provided which was both highly flavoured and exciting! The manager was warm and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Hats off to the chef(s)! 🙌🏼

Bang bang chicken was banging. Pad Thai was fantastic. Pineapple fried rice was some of the best. Pork egg rolls were also great. This place is extremely good.

Really nice and affordable place to have lunch at. The prices are very reasonable. The mains come with rice and a complementary ice cream. We went there twice during our 2 day trip in Killarney. The food was delicious with so many flavours. It can ask them to make it more spicy if you like it

Khao is an excellent choice for a place to eat in Killarney. Priced affordably for the portion size and quality of food. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the service was impeccable. They even give you free ice cream if you order a main before 5pm!

Lovely food and a great deal. €14 for any main and a scoop of homemade gelato to finish in the centre of Killarney felt like a steal! The portion sizes were really generous Very impressed! Also the Chang bottled beer I had came in a frozen glass which was a lovely touch

14/04/2026: They close at 10pm but they still allowed us to enter at around 9.10pm. Which I am very grateful for, as some of places we went to did not allowed us to sit in. Prices was very reasonable and portion was huge. The taste suited my palate. Service was first class as well. Probably will go back again tonight as I’m in Killarney for 2 nights.
06/04/2026: Highly recommend! Thoroughly enjoyed, excellent service. Supper attentive! Very clearly run by a family that LOVES what they do!
