Kielys Chipper in Cork

Small place but the fried food was great.

A very small local chipper just across the toy store but the service is quick and consistent enough to make you return again. The fish and chips itself is very good especially the portion size, the chips could be better in my opinion though but also try the other options on the menu if you get a chance. They also provide discount for students and public servants which makes it quite affordable. Overall, one of the better chippers in the city unlike many other overhyped ones which lack substance.

Almost too much to choose from as everything looks amazing, we went with the Cod and Korean Chicken tenders. Each meal includes chips as part of the price so enough to leave feeling full. We decided to eat in and Service is very quick and wait times were less then 5 mins for the food to come out. And of course nearly everything is gluten free so great for friends partners or kids who require celiac friendly food

Perfect fish and ships with lovely smashed peas

Absolutely amazing fish and chips. I had the cod with tartar sauce and mushy peas and the entire dish was delicious. The service was phenomenal. The area to sit inside is small, also a few tables outside.

It’s very small place but friendly staff, and they have the best fish and chips I have ever had in Ireland. Great flavour, good value
