A good place for a short, about an hour walk with children. There is also a large shop where you can stock up on meat and other food products.

Lovely place for family and friends

Had a lovely day at Kildare Farm Foods Open Farm & Shop. It’s a great place for families, with lots of animals to see and plenty of space for children to enjoy and explore. The farm is well maintained and there are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained. The shop also has a good selection of farm products and other items. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. A great family day out, especially if you have young children. Definitely worth a visit! 🐄 Also, there are plenty of halal food options available, which was a big plus.

Excellent. The place has been rearranged, better shopping experience, easy to find what you need. I love that you get to sample some new products and great value for money.

Still has a few good deals every so often but to be quite honest the shop has gone mad expensive. We used to shop here because it was more affordable and now most things are more expensive than you would get them anywhere else. For example- 24 cans of coke for €22? Who on earth is paying that? Another thing that is slightly annoying is constantly trying to be sold stuff by staff whilst walking around the shop, We can respect the hustle but it's a little bit annoying.

Such lovely staff and amazing prices for meat. Irish meat is always best. Great for families too.
