Kildare Farm Shop & Open Farm in

A nice place for a short walk with a child. The store has excellent supplies. Parking is free and ample. You could call the trip a "Lazy Day

Very surprised with the new shop layout. I haven't been there since winter. Every day something new happens. It's very impressive to see how this little business when I visited for the first time in 2007 expanded.

Absolutely loved my visit with my 9 month old. Great selection of animals and activities. The cafe is fabulous and really good value. Adored the farm shop, such selection and value. We will be back!

Staff were extremely kind and helpful, free to see the animals, it was 1 euro for a tub of animal food to feed the animals with and refill machines dotted around the place, you can build a bear for only €20 you get to pick a heart and make a wish, and step on the pedal to fill it yourself, you get an adoption certificate and a bag to carry it in, there is a train ride around the animal pens for children and an amusements, there's also a farm food shop with fresh produce. Would definitely go again. Very cheap and cheerful for a family day out.

Reasonable price and very friendly staffs. I would recommend this place. Especially you could bring your kids and visit the farm animals.
