Kilford Arms Hotel Kilkenny in Kilkenny

Room was very low end - no air conditioning in very high heat - and bathrooms were poor quality. Location is good and place has gated parking - but would likely find a better place next time.

The service at the desk was great. The rooms are the down side of staying here. Our room didn’t have AC. They had a fan in the room but it was still very hot. The bathrooms were very dated and could use an update.

I recently stayed at the Kilford Arms and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and ideally located, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were amazing A special thank you to Allie behind the bar and Jess at reception, who provided exceptional service and truly made my visit memorable. Both were friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests did not go unnoticed and added a personal touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hospitality at the Kilford Arms was outstanding, and the dedication shown by Allie and Jesse reflects the high standards of the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice establishment, friendly staff. Unique decor (remains of an old church).

Nice helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay particularly the Irish music played by a duet in the bar.

Great breakfast, very affordable as we hadn't stayed in the hotel, just popped in .
