Particularly helpful and friendly staff. Lovely food with gluten free options. And best pint of Guinness I’ve had for a long time. Must go back next time I am home in Ireland.

I had seafood chowder it was delicious my partner had mushroom soup which was also great,I also had a cappuccino which was so good I went back the next morning to get one for on the way home All the staff were super friendly I had a great time the restaurant downstairs was very cosy Well done everyone

Went in the MCB a couple of years ago and we're coming back again this year. Enjoyed a couple of great hours in there though I was a little surprised the eponymous Jackie Leven song "Marble City Bar" was unknown to the staff.. Check it out - the live version is better.

Food is good but charging separate for tea on a breakfast really pisses me off , two mini breakfast with a tea an coffee for 24 euros is a complete rip off , u can get full one like double the amount of food for ten or eleven euros in most places with tea or coffee included

29/03/2024: Such a lovely friendly spot for coffees, sweet treats and brunch - had the vegan mushroom & edamame hummus focaccia sandwich which was really delish 😊 will definitely return when next in Kilkenny!
11/03/2024: Perfect brunch and speciality coffee shop with friendly staff. The quality of both the food and coffee is top notch.
