Very friendly staff, lovely location and facilities as well as wonderful food. Was thankful of the included parking from the site across the street.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, beautiful food, and great location. We parked the car up for the weekend and we could walked. Family room was very spacious, a little bit dirty in where bunk beds are. Other than that 10/10

Not great… pretty rough in a lot of areas, specifically the bathroom in our room and the hallways. There was also no thermostat in our bedroom room and it was baking hot all night. Pool area was very dirty, too. We were there at the weekend and the hotel was full of hens and stag parties so we were woken a lot during the night. Breakfast was surprisingly nice and the staff were very friendly. Location is brilliant but it feels a little like a hostel once you’re past the lobby.

A bit of a mix-up when checking in, we'd booked rooms with walk- in showers & were given rooms with over bath showers (which I think are dangerous for seniors climbing in/out of bath.) This was quickly rectified and we got our 'booked' rooms.

Really enjoyed the stay and the room was lovely, overall it was really nice with good staff. If there was one reason I'd return it would be because of the night porter, he was helpful, friendly and professional. A real credit to the hotel.

The location is within easy walking distance of the castle, museums, shopping, restaurants and pubs. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The food is quite good, especially the full Irish breakfast. The staff in all areas are very accommodating, especially Mags and the staff serving breakfast, setting and clearing tables, etc. Mags went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights here great location everything u need on your doorstep! Rooms were comfortable and clean stuff very helpful. Dine in the bar food was nice. Would recommend just stay here again.
