Got a takeaway from here - red curry, chicken satay, absolutely 10/10 - definitely recommend

This is the cutest little restaurant in the old part of Athlone. We’ve been here a few times and it is always more than good. We booked in for a meal yesterday and the service was outstanding. The waiters were so attentive, the food was so amazing. The interior and decor is fabulous. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, authentic flavours and warm welcome. Staff were very accommodating of our baby and provided a high chair. We had spring roll starters and chicken curry main course. The early bird menu is great value for money, and portions are generous. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best Thai restaurant in the Midlands. The food is amazing and reasonable. The drinks menu is extensive. Great vegan options available

What a gem! Beautiful decor, brilliant service and absolutely delicious food. I didn't expect to find such an incredible Thai restaurant in the "dead centre" of Ireland, but it was genuinely the best Thai meal I've had in years.

Ordered main course portion of the 'chicken satay' doesn't state that's it's skewers on the menu. Starter was 7.50. was 19 euro when ordered with egg fried rice. Thought it was a bit steep considering the vast majority of chicken dishes are 15/16. Chicken was very succulent. Satay portion was in a tub and was still a starter size and wasn't enough in it. Satay was only luke warm when I got home also. A decent take away but room for improvement considering the price

Visited Kin Khao on many occasions for it's good food and service. Quite large portions so you'll never leave there hungry. Some dishes are not exactly like the authentic Thai food (from someone that lived in Thailand for 7 years) but that's to be expected, it's nonetheless satisfying and tasty and would recommend if you like Asian food
