Knox's in Ennis

I liked the place’s vibe and the waitresses were nice but unfortunately I didn’t really like their fish and chips 🥲 It was bland and the chips were mushy and the tartar sauce had too much vinegar. At least that’s what I think.

We visited this pub in evening time. We managed to find a table without reservation but after some time pub looked quite full. So reservation is recommended. Live music made my day. Food was also tasty.

Just a little fish and chips snack. Good, but to be honest, we have had better fish and chips elsewhere. The bar was set really high as Ireland pubs have great fish and chips.

Stopped here for lunch and enjoyed the wings and grilled chicken salad. Really nice atmosphere, would have loved to catch some live music here if only we had more time!

A beautiful place!! Exactly what I imagined from Irish pubs! Incredible food (I recommend the Diane Chicken: their mashed potatoes are some of the best I've ever eaten!!) The service is fast, and the waitress is very friendly. We had a harp and violin concert featuring Irish music: an incredible atmosphere!!

We were recommended to visit this pub as it had the Champions League screening and it was a good venue. The advice was correct as it was a great place to watch the football, have a drink and a meal.The Rockshore at 6.50E was a very palatable ale as was the Pinot Gris at 7.90. The Beef & Guinness Stew was tasty 17.50 and my wife enjoyed the lasagne 17.95 and cheese cake 6.50. The staff were very helpful and the manager could not have made us feel more welcome in turning a television onto the game swe wanted to see involving Ange Postecoglou and Tottenham. Thank you.

Family dinner, with 3 children. We ate very well, accompanied by traditional music played live just a few meters from us. Abundant dishes and reasonable prices. Convenient kids menu options available.
