Lovely atmosphere even more delicious food. We shared the nachos and enjoyed it so much, I got the Guinness stew and it was one of the best I’ve had in a pub. Staff were lovely too. Would chill and eat here again.

Ate here with my partner yesterday. The food was unbelievable quality for the price. I couldn’t get over it. 10/10. And cheapest pub grub I’ve had in ages.

Hadn’t been to Ennis in over 20 years, but remembered Knox’s from back then. Booked a table for last Saturday and was not disappointed in any way. The food is fabulous, your normal type menu, but, each option is at the top level and quality. The burger I had was one of the best i’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly and great craic. A must visit in the middle of Ennis.

20/02/2025: Such a charming hotel in the cutest little town. The decor pulls you in right away and has you asking questions about where you are laying your head. Once you find out, it makes your stay just a tab bit more relaxing. The staff were awesome, plus helpful with whatever questions or needs we needed, because we had a lot. Once I arrived in my room I was drawn to one of the softest beds I’ve ever slept in. Needless to say, I enjoyed my stay at the Temple Gate.
