Kyoto Kilkenny in Kilkenny

Very friendly staff, and very tasty food

Really lovely. Great vegan options, menu options are fantastic and service was very kind.

I live in Dublin. Tried there so many different Japanese restaurants. Kyoto at Kilkenny is the best I ever had by far. Amazing flavours, big portions and excellent service. Also good views and close to Kilkenny Castle.

Delicious vegan Bento box. Sweet sauce but also some spice, and delicious vegetable gyoza. Flavorful miso soup and wonderful staff who accommodated us needing to dine very quickly.

Have ordered take out and eaten in so frequently and have never been disappointed. Other kyto establishments I have been too in the country have never come close to this buisness in Kilkenny and we are blessed for this. The service on the phone, at collection and at table service is always so good, warm and polite. The food is out of this world and I feel unfaithful having eaten this food anywhere else. Absolute loyalty to this fine buisness, long may it flourish in the current hands as they are professional and know how to cook and show such respect to the customers.

Overall, a pretty good restaurant experience. The environment is clean and quiet, suitable for dining with friends. 🍣 Sushi Platter: The variety was quite good. This time I had crab sticks, avocado, salmon, and a refreshing vegetarian option. The rice was just right, not too hard or too soft, and the overall flavor was light and not greasy. The combination of salmon and avocado added a nice depth to the dish. 🍜 Singapore Noodles: Very fragrant with a hint of curry flavor, and the toppings were plentiful. It was a delicious and easy-to-eat dish. 💁‍♀️ Service: The staff were very friendly, and the food came out quickly. Overall, a very comfortable experience. 📌Summary: A Japanese restaurant with consistently good food and refreshing flavors, suitable for everyday meals or small gatherings with friends. I would definitely come back.

All of the food we ordered here was delicious and surprisingly big portions. We got sushi, ramen and fried chicken and everyone loved it.

Delicious food and friendly service

Absolutely delicious food. My Thai green curry was the best I have had in a restaurant in Ireland. Such a beautiful view of Kilkenny castle and lovely staff
