La Collina in Galway

Our favorite place we ate in Galway (so delicious we went multiple nights of our trip). Get the Vesuvio pizza - I will be dreaming about it for a long time. And the mushroom fettuccini. YUM

Excellent meal and really wonderful staff. Really nice place

The waiter seemed very put off when I asked about vegan options. But you can order any of the pre-made gluten free pasta for the pasta dishes and this makes it vegan friendly. It came out a little bit undercooked (maybe they didn’t think to cook the boxed pasta longer than the fresh pasta) but it was still lovely! And the wine recommendation was appreciated too.

Amazing amazing amazing. Forever grateful they stayed open to feed hungry tourists. Also will forever remember the delicious food, wine, dessert, and friendly staff. Thank you for the great experience.

Great options, fresh pasta, a quiet environment, and wonderful staff. I'll definitely be coming back if my wife an I travel to Galway again.

A genuine Italian restaurant with interesting food choices and a superb wine 🍷 list. Definitely not my last visit!

Reservamos una reserva para La Collina en la zona de Salthill, ya que estaríamos en nuestro camino de regreso de la terminal de ferry en Rossaveal después de un día en las Islas Aran. El restaurante parece pequeño solo unas pocas mesas abajo, pero hay asientos arriba. El menú era muy agradable y pasta casera robó el espectáculo. Había mucha pasta para elegir y nuestras dos comidas eran frescas y deliciosas. Esto es menos de 10 minutos en coche de Galway y sin duda volvería! El servicio era genial también!
