Really great and the owner was a gent. Despite a small delay. They did offer me a free coffee which was absolutely lovely of them and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Love this place, really authentic breton gallettes! This has become our regular lunch spot when I visit my granny, and I often bring home a bottle of cider for dinner too! Love that you can order breton bowls with your choice of name on, and I have my eye on the shirts for gifts next year! Wonderful place, Staff and food!!!

We had two crepes salted caramel was delicious. Nutella was was bit dry i guess if they can keep nutella inside the crepe will give it better taste and texture

pros: Lovely atmosphere and surrounding. nice ambience. cons: crepes are smaller than before and a bit tasteless. I am still hungry after eating although I am not asking for a special diet. It seems like the management has changed. it was more nutritious before.

Received a very warm welcome, dining with my son, the buckwheat crepes are so tasty, presentation, menu choice, interior, positive vibe, efficient service, prices were all excellent standard, also the talented chef/ owner gave us a warm welcome/ greeting. Very much recommend in West Cork. X

12/01/2025: Not sure what Catherine is on about below. I was there with my parents at lunchtime today and I’m willing to bet she was with the group of 5 who came in and were incredibly rude to the staff. By the way, we are Irish, there were plenty of other Irish there. We were treated well. I’d say your awful manner was the reason you had a bad time, not where you’re from

No matter how often we go, we’re always impressed by the quality and flavors. The staff and owners make us feel right at home—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience for everyone. It’s rare to find a place that’s this reliable and welcoming, and Cafe Grey has truly become our go-to spot. Can’t recommend it enough!
