La Fougere in Westport

Probably one of the best views of any restaurant in Ireland. Big hotel dining room so not v buzzy. Staff are great. Lovely flavours in the quail starter and the pork main. But they left off the crackling for some inexplicable reason and the side plate of veg was over cooked like a banquet service. Let's the meal down when the broccoli and green beans are too soft to pick up with a fork !!
