La Maison in Dublin

Fancy place to celebrate event. Nice ambiance. Spacious sitting. Dishes were served with great presentation. We tried most of the dishes Onion Soup, Scallops, Sole fish of the day, Apple Blackberry Crumble, Creme Brule. My fav was Creme Brule. The service by our server Joseph was top notch. The only down sides was that place was bit pricy for how it tasted. For that price I was expecting some great flavours in my mouth like I have experience at other places. Also the food portion was very small. 74 euros for a sole fish sharing for two and it tasted okayish and also very small quantity.

Everything about La Maison was charming and perfect. Starting with the home made pesto (paired with bread) when you sit down, to the home made chocolate you receive with the check. The details were impeccable at this cute little French restaurant on the end of a busy street. The decor was quietly upscale and every bite of food was delectable. My table shared the fois grad appetizer, which was delicious. We also had the duck, halibut, and venison between us all. Everything was perfectly prepared. I would highly recommend a stop at La Maison!

Had a nice meal here. Service was great and the venison was lovely.

I went here for a work Christmas dinner in early December. As soon as some of the early birds arrived at the restaurant, they were instantly greeted at the entrance and shown to our table. They were then asked if they wanted to order drinks, or have water for now and wait for the others. As soon as the rest arrived, the wine was flowing. The Christmas menu itself was excellent. The scallops and the duck were well received. I had the beef for main and it was incredibly tender. The chocolate tart for dessert went down well. I couldn't fault the staff at La Maison. Absolutely put their heart and soul into ensuring all diners had a great dining experience.

Absolutely delicious food, amazing wine selection and the best quality of service in any restaurant in Dublin!

My wife and I are from the US and we visited Ireland back in September 2024, and we wanted a fine dining restaurant to eat at that is open on Mondays. La Maison was a fantastic choice! I had the duck breast with carrots and pickled blackberries and my wife had the Coq Au Vin. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée and my wife had the Tarte Aux Pommes. It was all delicious, especially with their recommended wine pairings!

Un pedacito de París en Dublín. Ambiente típico francés de la cervecería, personal muy agradable, y comida francesa sabrosa. Me encantó su versión de paté campagne y sopa de cebolla perfecta. Vino a un precio razonable por copa o botella. Justo enfrente de George Street Arcade.

We enjoyed our meal at La Maison. My wife and I had the French Onion Soup and thought it was excellent. My wife and my sister had the Potato Gnocchi Provencal and both thought it was delicious. I had the Mixed Greens on the side and it was a very good salad. I had a glass of the Bordeaux to go with my dinner and it was a very smooth wine. My sister and I both had the Pave Chocolate for dessert. This is a Milk Chocolate Ganache with Hazelnut Ice Cream. What a delicious dessert. Service was good. A definite must visit restaurant while in Dublin.
