La Maison in Dublin

I’m pleasantly surprised! It was my first time at La Maison, and I was by myself, craving a French onion soup—it was the only thing I wanted. They didn’t pressure me to order a full meal since I just wanted a snack, which I really appreciated. That day, this was the fourth place I tried before they finally gave me a table. It was a quiet Sunday, but I couldn’t help noticing how some hosts seem to be becoming more judgmental these days if you’re not planning to spend a lot and just want a quick, nice meal. So, a big shoutout to them for being accommodating! The food was great: the salad was fresh, and the onion soup was delicious, though it was a bit on the acidic side for my taste (but that’s just a personal preference). I’ll definitely return and look forward to trying other items on the menu.

A most pleasant contact for our reservation by telephone. A welcome with a smile and the desire to satisfy you. We ordered the prime rib for 2 with greens. The authenticity of the products and the cooking expertise made our dinner a delight. Un pedacito de París en Dublín. Ambiente típico francés de la cervecería, personal muy agradable, y comida francesa sabrosa. Me encantó su versión de paté campagne y sopa de cebolla perfecta. Vino a un precio razonable por copa o botella. Justo enfrente de George Street Arcade.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Not sure how this hadn't been on my radar before. Chefs kiss perfection from start to finish. I don't even know where to start because everything was 100 pct on point. Start with sparking wine and the pick a bottle from their amazing very good value wine list and finish with cocktails or specialty cocktails. The appetizers and mains were absolutely perfect... Incl the salad with is often and afterthought in Dublin. Do order 1 chips for every 2 ppl and the saute veg was crisp and delicious. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back. My new Dublin fav. Place

Excellent food.The steak was superb.

We enjoyed our meal at La Maison. My wife and I had the French Onion Soup and thought it was excellent. My wife and my sister had the Potato Gnocchi Provencal and both thought it was delicious. I had the Mixed Greens on the side and it was a very good salad. I had a glass of the Bordeaux to go with my dinner and it was a very smooth wine. My sister and I both had the Pave Chocolate for dessert. This is a Milk Chocolate Ganache with Hazelnut Ice Cream. What a delicious dessert. Service was good. A definite must visit restaurant while in Dublin.
