La Vista Cafe Restaurant Wexford in Wexford

Very beautiful, I think it could be varied, a very beautiful place with a view of the sea, I asked to move to the window and they met me halfway even though there was a reservation, it costs a lot. The toilet is on the first floor or I did not understand where. Overall, for me it is 8/10, the panorama hid all the shortcomings and the cocktail was tastier than anywhere else, I really liked it, a special point for this. I don’t think I will go often, but if with a group, it will be great, I think that the menu needs to be redone for such a place, it is too simple, but the prices are much cheaper, which surprised me

It's not an authentic Italian restaurant it's more of a kind of coffee shop.Food is OK, with a limited selection of main courses.

Where do I start ?,a forgotten eatery within the National Opera House. Sporting a beautiful vista of Wexford Harbour. Food came in good portions, filling a hungry man.Very tasty. Service was quick and served with a smile and banter. An establishment that should be put back on Wexford's restaurant map,or maybe the yellow bellies are trying to keep this one quiet.

Over many years I've eaten a number of nice seafood meals (and some not so nice!). Whilst I don't live in Wexford, in the past year I was lucky enough to eat in La Vista Restaurant with a friend 3 times. Each time I've ordered the same dish, and I suggest it is the only one to order, the one that never ceases to deliver! And this menu option is simply called "Fried Seafood Cocktail". Now I'm no expert on seafood coatings, but the prawns were very lightly coated and fried, and simply were divine. The seafood is selected daily, and I opted to switch the Calamari for an extre helping of prawns. Enjoy!

Definitely lived up to its reviews! Had the eggs benedict with salmon and cappuccino. Lovely table in the corner. Fabulous in every respect and lovely friendly helpful staff.
